 We are basing the designs heavily on the ability to dynamically color SVGs
 with the color of an XO when appropriate.  We need to support this for
 toolbar buttons (radio, toggle, standard, and perhaps others) as well.
 The current copy/paste buttons, for instance, should use the XO color, but
 at the moment they are always rendered in green/blue.

 Originally, I had thought that we would simply have an API for saying, in
 pseudocode: colorize(svg, xo).  This would return an svg with the entities
 automatically colored with the colors of the xo specified.  However, since
 Marco mentioned there was some problem colorizing toolbar buttons in
 general, I assume this isn't the case.

 Either way, we need to support this by release, or else we need to replace
 any icons that assume this feature.  Eduardo, Marco mentioned you were
 working on this, I think.  Where do we stand?
