 In builds 406.*, holding the right gamekeys (for example, the 'x' key,
 mapped to page down) would autorepeat; this was useful for scrolling in
 the browser and ebook reader.  Sometime between 406.* and 515, this was
 disabled.  The left-side gamekeys still have autorepeat in X, but the
 right gamekeys don't appear to.  This is definitely an X thing, as holding
 down the 'x' key causes page down scrolling.  It would be nice to have
 this behavior back.
