Comment:

 I have improved watch-battery to display more information, now that I have
 learned the meanings of other bits in the battery status byte.

 In testing with the new watch-battery, I have observed a few situations
 that don't seem right:

 a) Once I saw both the "charging" and "discharging" bits set at the same
 time (right after plugging in the AC adapter)

 b) I have seen a situation where the SOC was 90%, and none of the {full,
 charging, discharging} bits were set.

 c) I have experienced "EC port 6c output buffer timeout" aborts when
 running watch-battery with a short (100 mS) redisplay interval.  I haven't
 seen any aborts with a 1 second redisplay interval, but that could be due
 to fewer chances to fail per unit time.
