 Build 540

One XO connected to an open AP on channel 6. The second XO scanned
channels until it connected to the mesh of the first one. Both XOs could
see the other in the neighborhood mesh view.

I started a chat session. One XO could see the other in its chat view. The
second could not see the first. Text didn't work in the chat session.

I executed the iwconfig command (a couple of times to make sure both
laptops were finished scanning) and they were on slightly different
 frequencies.

I am sending out an email to ask if we simplify the scanning and
everything by limiting the XOs to channels 1, 6, and/or 11. Anything else
 could get us into trouble.
