 Jerry says:

 The second NAND chip select is controlled by bit 19 in the NAND control
 register (offset 0x0).

 Bit 19 = 0 (default), NAND chip select 0 will be asserted for current
 command.
 Bit 19 = 1, NAND chip select 1 will be asserted for current command.
