 Hi Jon,

 I see that 0x11 (REG_CLKRC) gets set during S_PARM v4l calls; I don't see
 it happen during initialization of the camera or sensor drivers.  I'm
 assuming userspace is required to call S_PARM when preparing the v4l
 device?  The capture.c example in the v4l2 api docs doesn't seem to call
 S_PARM..
