 After looking at the driver source, I found RGB overlay does not do the
 the gamma ram workaround for Btest (intentionally?). Treating it like YUV
 overlay fixes the problem. With the patch and a hacked SDL library, I can
 now use the hardware scaler to scale DOOM (320x200) to fullscreen.
