 Last test is CL(C261,C272) is 18pF and change those value to 12pF then
 retest as result below :
 OLPC-A ( TXC X'TAL )
 System On 4/10 15:32:00 ~ 4/13 15:30:00. lost standard time 1 Sec
 System OFF 4/13 17:30:40 ~ 4/16 17:33:10. lead standard time 3 Sec
 Caculate value is +202.9167.(Meet spec.)

 OLPC-B ( TXC X'TAL )
 System On 4/10 15:29:30 ~ 4/13 17:27:50. lost standard time 2 Sec
 System OFF 4/13 17:32:20 ~ 4/16 17:35:50. lost standard time 1 Sec
 Caculate value is -162.333.(Meet spec.)

 OLPC-C ( SII X'TAL )
 System On 4/10 15:27:40 ~ 4/13 17:26:00. lead standard time 2 Sec
 System OFF 4/13 17:34:00 ~ 4/16 17:37:30. lead standard time 3 Sec
 Caculate value is +324.6667.(Meet spec.)

 Main Source TXC are pass, we'll discuss criteria for 2nd source
 (+/-20ppm).
 I think you can close this issue.
