Comment (by Terry Su):

 Pre-B3 circuit have reserve test PAD of IDE_DATA[15:0] and EC(U41) GPIAD1
 pin 39 for EC-ID. Current we tried to short IDE_DATA[0] to GND with Q2C08,
 but system will power short down on Pre-B3 M/B.
