#1349: Frame disappears when switching to my view ("F3 screen") after closing
activity

When you hit F3 (I don't know what the proper description for that
particular button is, so I'll just refer to it by F3) to get to the view
where you can see all the activities running, the frame around the edges
is forced on. Normally it hides out of view while running an activity, and
comes into view when you mouse into the corners, but in the F3 screen, it
is there permanently. Hitting the frame button (top-right button on the XO
keyboard) does not hide the frame. I believe this is by design.
However, after closing an activity (by mousing to the frame, hovering over
the activity icon and selecting Close) it will switch to the F3 screen,
and the frame will not show. Mousing to the corners will show it, and
pressing the frame button on the keyboard will allow you to toggle the
frame being hidden/shown.
This is inconsistent behaviour.
If you get to the F3 screen by hitting F3, the frame is stuck on, which is
good.
If you get to the F3 screen automatically by closing a program, you can
show/hide the frame, which is inconsistent.
