Comment:

 The blinding table is not properly configured for this test.  These are
 the steps to test the inverted blinding table.

  1. Add B to BT of C, and set the invert bit
  2. Add B to BT of A, and set the invert bit
  3. Ping each other.  It should succeed if B is in the vicinity.
  4. Confirm that traffic is being forwarded by B, either with the sniffer
 or by examining the stats in B.
  5. Reset the BTs on A and C
  6. Now they should be able to ping each other directly.
