Comment:

 We have increased the USB probe delay to one second, which fixed another
 device that was having similar problems.  The fix is in Q2C03 and later.
 I'm going to close this for now, just assuming that it works, because we
 can't duplicate it locally.  If somebody encounters it again, reopen the
 bug.
