 I have tried again. When the Battery's LED indicator display and flash the
 Red light, please plug AC and recharge battery until the capacity over
 16%. [[BR]]
 Then you unplug AC, at the moment the battery’s LED indicator will always
 display red color. (In general, Battery capacity over 16% won't display
 red color LED.)

 The Led light will work normally after following the procedure. [[BR]]
 1.Cl1 with AC, remove battery [[BR]]
 2.Insert battery [[BR]]
 3.Unplug AC  <== If Battery capacity over 16%, Battery LED won't shine.
