 I have seen this issue on a B2 with the most recent autoreinstall image as
 described above.

 Rather than just being "noise" I would more precisely describe the
 symptoms as the graphical appearance of memory corruption. i.e. a square
 region fractionally larger than the size of the mouse pointer filled with
 "noise" or pixels of random colours. This square area is left behind on
 the screen when the pointer is moved.

 The screen corruption does not always occur--"tool tip"/"pop-up" menus in
 the frame seem to affect the occurrence.

 I will attach a (poor) image of the issue taken in a mirror in bad
 lighting with some evidence of the corruption and to demonstrate the issue
 is not related to "noise" in the camera image itself--rather corruption of
 the screen display in general. (I have highlighted some of the affected
 area of the screen with a red outline.)

 In addition, this corruption can change *all* display of colour on the
 display--e.g. the frame becomes green rather than black.
