Comment:

 This is probably caused by spurious characters already being in the
 keyboard input buffer as a result of keyboard power-up.  I have seen this
 myself, and gnu confirms that he as seen two "ok" prompts at startup,
 further evidence of spurious keyboard input.

 I changed to console startup code to flush the buffer right after turning
 on the keyboard.  That seems to fix the problem.  svn 266.  Will appear in
 Q2C03 firmware.
