Comment:

 Heh.  While your point that ethnologue is all about possible languages,
 and the number actually used in schools is correct, We can't do 8-10
 languages for a country.  The logistics of distribution just don't make it
 feasible.  In northern Pakistan, kids learn about 4-5 languages by 5th
 grade (if lucky enough to go to school).

 The suggestion Bert Freudenberg made on the devel makes much more sense
 than trying to label the hardware.

 Post bugs for any missing tooltips, on a per activity basis.  Those are
 violations of the HIG, and should be fixed.

 Do not reopen this bug.
