#1309: kids learning to read like labels, but there are few

When kids are learning to read, they like labels. Some parents label
EVERYTHING in the house. My own would read the name of our supermarket on
the house-brand groceries, then latter progressing to labels like "milk".

Every bit of the laptop, both hardware and software, should have a label.
The goal is to teach reading, not to banish it.

Hardware labels: speaker, battery, antenna, camera, microphone, USB,
handle, touchpad, keyboard (with an arrow), screen (with an arrow), hinge,
left button, right button, etc. BTW, the space bar isn't labled "space" or
"space bar", the grab keys aren't labled, and all keys across the top are
 unlabled.

Software labels: All icons obviously need a tooltip at minimum, though
regular labels are better. It would be good to label UI elements as much
as possible. I'm not even 100% sure that the mouse pointer should be
exempt; it could have a "mouse pointer" label in home mode at least.
