#1300: Reflashing firmware says "UNSUPPORTED SPI ID 14"

Reflashing Don Hopkins' B1, we used the autoinstall image for olpc385-b87.
It was able to rewrite the NAND flash without trouble, but when it got to
the firmware, it said "UNSUPPORTED SPI ID 14" and then fell through into
trying to boot (and failing, see #1224). The keyboard was dead (as
expected, since the EC had to be reset to mess with the firmware flash,
and the power button also didn't work.

On advice from cjb on #olpc, who said this tends to be an intermittent
problem that goes away after a power cycle, we removed the power plug and
the battery, waited 15 seconds, then repowered and hit the power button.
It worked the second time, getting an SPI ID of 13 and succeeding at
 reflashing.

The version of firmware that was on the unit before reflashing was B43.
