#1224: Autoupdater script (olpc.fth) no longer stops when the firmware is already
up to date

Comment (by gnu):

 With Q2B87 firmware installed, and an olpc385_b87 autoinstallation image
 on a USB stick, the current behavior is:

 {{{
 Boot device: /usb/disk:\boot\olpc.fth  Arguments:
 Checking existing OS image on NAND FLASH
 OS build is 385
 NAND images is already current; skipping update
 firmware version b87
 Firmware is already current; skippnig update

 Trying startup script disk:\boot\olpc-boot.fth
 |
 Trying startup script nand:\boot\olpc-boot.fth
 boot-device =         net
 Boot device: /ethernet  Arguments:
 fffffffe See http://firmworks.com/QuickRef.html

 ok
 }}}

 I presume this is not what we want. Either it should cleanly boot the
 NAND and bring up Linux, or it should halt and say "Remove the USB drive
 and power cycle to boot the laptop."
