 We need to define aliases for all the "old" core fonts that antique
 applications may need (those not yet updated to current client side font
 technology), to enable said programs to run.  Right now, it is very likely
 that old applications (such as Flash 9) may not find the fonts or sizes
 they need and fail.

 See bug #864 for samples done for the deja-vu family; having similar
 aliases for all the old "common" bitmap fonts would be the goal.
