 Attached is a patch which attempts to add some documentation strings
 describing the purpose of various methods within Sugar.  Basically they
 are the methods that I had to spelunk through to figure out how the
 application launching operations work.

 I've removed the source-code changes manually from the diff to try to keep
 the patch documentation-only as much as possible.  The one exception is
 the ActivityHandle, where the documentation reflects the somewhat
 simplified version of the code.
