 We don't have a way for people to download activities so that they show up
 neatly in the bottom bar; after a dozen or so activities there is no space
 left, and we're using up many of them by default.

 We need some sort of activity-inclusion activity that takes an .xo
 download, puts it in the right place, and provides access to it through
 some part of the interface.
