Comment (by Terry Su):

 This noise is from Panel LED PWM power plant's choice(L10) when backlight
 adjust to middle. Currently, this PWM control is switch way about 220Hz
 when adjust to middle. So this frequency is audio frequency from choice.
 B3 will change PWM control to linear way(voltage level control).
