 PQ2A22(0x21)EC code had programmed the EC GPIOs to prevent the leakage at
 off state.
 The power on sequence is as following
 1)EC sense power_button#
 2)EC turn on VR_on
 3)EC send pwr_but#
 4)SB turn on main_on& sus_on
 5)EC sense main_on&sus_on
 6)EC turn on the power LED

 The power LED on/off is an indicator.
