 PQ2A22(0x21)EC code sets the FC83h register to FFh.
 Bit5=1 means HW implementation, but HW can NOT have multiplexing feature.
 it must program bit5=0 to implement multiplexing in SW

 For OLPC only internal PS/2 touchpad, no external PS/2 port. setting
 bit5=1 is OK in this case.
