 I've been waiting for my B1 to look into this, but, alas, no joy yet.

 I can see this noise on my btest board.  Interestingly, the PCI version
 does not have this problem.  I've been doing most of my development on the
 PCI board because the process is so much faster...

 Anyway, I'm hard put to say where the problem might have come in.  Will
 investigate, but it looks like a long, tiresome process of messing with
 registers and seeing what happens...
