Comment (by jg):

 According to Mark, some of the early power supplies I was sent(before the
 arrival of the full systems) may have about 1/4" too much insulation on
 them.

 I will verify the recently arrived units in Cambridge to see that, as Mark
 believes, the units as produced do not have this problem.
