 When the latest images (187 and 189) are run under qemu, no keyboard or
 mouse input is possible after the boot loader. I downloaded an older image
 (130) to make sure it is not my qemu setup and it worked fine (proving
 that someone has gone wrong at some point).

 orospakr reported the same problem on vmware but with build 185
