Comment:

 The original report is a known symptom of the Marvell boot2 code bugs and
 the old driver behaviour where it would just keep attempting to reset the
 chip and failing -- so it would disappear from the USB bus and come back,
 but it wouldn't have been reset _hard_ enough. It should be fixed in the
 B1 build because we've wired up a mod to really shoot the wireless chip in
 the head when it's being recalcitrant, so it shouldn't take more than one
 reset cycle.
