 Ted Selker reminded me that I had not included one of the known mechanical
 issues in Trac, even though it's been communicated to Quanta.  The hinge
 cover snaps are far too weak, and they easily fall off under minimal
 stress.  This needs to be substantially strengthened.  Note that this is
 not the same issue found earlier of a supplier problem on the hinge
 assembly being too small.  Instead, this is the design of the plastic
 snaps themselves.
