There are two real concerns here:
1. Should the frame remain visible long enough for one to move from one
side of the screen to the other without it retracting? By design, the
frame hides on rollout, and so the bug specified is really just a design
decision. Since each corner invokes the frame, one would naturally want
to go to the bottom edge of the screen to access an icon in the bottom
edge of the frame. I'm willing to try putting a time delay on the
retraction so that the answer to this question is yes, but I'd leave the
decision to user testing.
2. Even without the time delay, we may also want a space cushion that
prevents accidental retraction. I believe we already have triangular ones
in the corners, so that you can cut the corners off (to get from left edge
to bottom edge, for example), but we may want this all around. Adding
15px or more of padding should prevent the frame from hiding accidentally.
