 Several things need to be updated on BTest1 production builds. This is a
 top level ticket to try and capture all of them.

 We need a USB image that includes/updates:

  * New olpcflash that preserves mfg data.
  * New BIOS with latest OFW firmware and EC code.
  * OFW code that reverses the MFG data strings (if necessary).
  * Wireless bootloader update.

 Anything else?
