 Hi, Folks,

 Achieving great key feel on a rubber membrane keyboard is challenging, but
 the B1 systems are insufficient in this regard.  While most of the keys
 are good, the large keys (the space bar and the Enter key) feel quite
 mushy, and convey a poor overall impression.

 Multiple paths are being pursued to improve key feeling.  First,
 alternative materials have been identified, and test keyboards will be
 molded to determine the degree of improvement which is possible.  Second,
 a new mechanical approach will be applied specifically to the Enter and
 space bar keys that should significantly improve key feel.

 Given the nature of the keyboard, continued improvements will be sought on
 an ongoing basis until FRS.
