Comment:

 This is mandated by Industrial Design.  The camera could be mounted top
 center (I wanted to do this), but it would require that the dimensions
 increase, and would essentially be placed inside the bumper.  Both issues
 were rejected.  We'll need different I.D. guidance to correct this.

 I'm closing this for now.  If we wish to create a new category of 'design'
 with a different owner, this should perhaps be assigned there.
