 Well, this bug is supposed to be limited to the network manager icon. The
 following sequence works for me:

 1 Open browser
 2 Hover the browser icon at the top of the frame until the rollover menu
 is displayed
 3 Move the mouse over the rollover menu

 At this point the frame is still visible for me. Are you seeing a
 different behavior?
