 Actually, both of the above scenarios are really the same bug: the
 appearance of any popup/window while the frame is active hides the frame
 after the mouse is moved.

 For instance, launching the browser, then opening the frame, hovering over
 the browser icon until the popup appears (with the mouse never leaving the
 frame), and then moving the mouse will also hide the frame.
