 (Working on getting the spec released).  Applicable CS5536 eratta
 are:[[br]]
 Eratta 12: PIC fails if processed interrupt still high when clock goes off
 - AHCG is turned off for DD local bus (bits 2-3 of register 0x51402004).

 Eratta 16: Main GLIU clock domain does not awaken - AHCG is turned off for
 domain 0 of the GeodeLink control processor (bits 0-1 of register
 0x51702004).[[br]]
 Eratta 21: Automatic clock gating for UART clock domain does not work in
 CEIR mode (bits 8-9 of register 0x51402004 for UART1).
