#435: Need a way to determine board revision from software

We will need a way to determine the revision of the board from software.
We currently work around several BTest-1 defects that are planned to be
fixed in BTest-2. Therefore, some way of determining which board we are
 booting from will be required.

Currently, the EC part number is different between the ATest and BTest
boards, and we can use that to determine if the code is booting on an
ATest or BTest board. Assuming that the EC part number will remain the
same on BTest-2, this test is no longer effective.

Possible hardware solutions would be either an tiny EEPROM (preferable) or
unused GPIO pins pulled high or low in unique combinations.
