 Hm, can you reproduce the NAND ECC failure after booting with
 'cafe_nand.debugecc=1' (or just echo 1 >
 /sys/module/cafe_nand/parameters/debugecc).

 I'd like to see the contents of the offending pages.

 Also, go back and read the _same_ pages again before they get overwritten
 again by your stress test.
