 The fixes are based on a changeset I commited a while ago for Squeak 3.9.

 1) It fails to play a sound while the recognizer is running.[[BR]]
 Stop the recognizer before playing a phoneme.

 2) makeTile returns a unimplemented method, e-toy is complaining about
 that.[[BR]]
 Map mouthPosition method to PhonemeRecognizerMorph>>getMouthPosition and
 categorize it as 'e-toy support'.

 3) Without help, it is not obvious what the user can do with this
 morph.[[BR]]
 Add a menu item to get some help. Return the class comment in a window.

 4) The morph background was much smaller than the size of its
 content.[[BR]]
 Fix morph width and height.

 5) Typo in some methods and menus.[[BR]]
 Fix typo in the comment of the
 PhonemeRecognizerMorph>>selectPhonemeFromMenu and in menu names.
