Comment:

 Obviously a stack trace would be nice.

 Note that I have encountered (and fixed) two separate oopses in the kernel
 mm
 code.  One of them (done properly by akpm) went in, I believe, after
 2.6.19-rc2,
 and the other one is still waiting (but should go in before 2.6.19).
 Pulling
 the olpc tree up to current git might, thus, fix the problem - though only
 the
 trace can say for sure.  If it involved vmalloc_user(), that's the
 problem.
