 We are no longer doing this -- we'll stick with Q2A42.

 It was supposed to be a trivial remapping of scancodes but in fact testing
 showed up other problems -- there is severe ghosting when multiple keys
 are pressed, due to a combination of hardware and software bugs. So we
 might as well not bother for now.
