 We have a new EC release that changes the "game mode" button scancodes to
 be unambiguous with the keyboard's arrow keys.  This means that the game
 mode buttons are non-functional until we update our keymap to handle them
 properly.

 We need to find out what the new scancodes are, and update setolpckeys to
 have those keys generate the arrow key keycodes.
