 Bluecurve should have larger sizes cursors, IIRC, they are already in the
 build, when I looked early this week.

 More troubling was figuring out how to tell GTK to use larger sizes; it
 seems to have its own ideas rather than relying on either the environment
 variable or X resource which *should* be the final aribiters of overriding
 the size.

 There is a fundamental bug in the XCursor routine right now, that it does
 not take into account the screen physical size at all in choosing a cursor
 size as well.  But since GTK doesn't seem to be listening to what its
 told, fixing that code now won't help.
