Comment:

 This is by design. Btw you don't need to click the icon, the menu is
 displayed on rollover, with a small timeout. Personally I don't feel it
 annoying at all. I'll let Eben elaborate on this but I think showing the
 mouse under the cursor would also look ugly.

 Reassigning to Eben, since it's a design choice rather than an
 implementation issue.
 Retargeting since it's too late to fix this for BTest-1,
