 At 200 dpi, the icons used for the etoy's handles are too small and hard
 to see, and they are drawn as bitmaps, which again gets you into trouble
 on the display (and our hardware AA won't be enabled this build).  They
 need to be bigger, and AA images, and slightly further from the objects.
