 We're going to need different xorg.conf files, specificly with different
 keyboard sections, for the different languages on laptops.  And Quanta is
 going to have to match up the options with the keyboards.

 We can probably make it something that happens on login for B2, but that
 requires writing applications, intergrating them, and testing them, and
 that's just not likely by monday.

 As I get keymaps working for the various languages, I'll tack them on to
 this bug.
