Comment:

 Attached are two files.

 The first, setolpckeys.c, is inperfect but the best I'm going to be able
 to generate until at least saturday or sunday here, possibly monday, as I
 have to wait for the keyboard to get here.

 The second is only tested not to break the standard keymap, and it
 _should_ let the special keys that we get the kernel to tell us about with
 setolpckeys through, but I simply can't test that with what I have.

 setolpckeys.c should be compiled, and run as part of the boot process on
 the event node attached to the PS2 keyboard, this is _likely_ to be
 /dev/input/event0 in most cases, but it might be good to try and just
 throw in a udev rule to run it when an at keyboard is attached, or
 something.

 evdev should be thrown in keycodes/ in xkeyboard-config.

 I know this is rather late notice for B1, but it should give us
 _something_, even if it has problems.

 (See the comments in setolpckeys.c for areas that could be better.)
