 We probably shouldn't be using /etc/mtab on flash at all -- we should just
 symlink to /proc/mounts.

 But we _certainly_ shouldn't see this:

 # mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt
 # umount /mnt
 Can't rename /etc/mtab.tmp to /etc/mtab: Device or resource busy
 }}}
