 This seems to happen even when I plug a USB module into a normal port.
 It seems to happen only shortly after a reboot -- not if I plug the module
 in after booting.
 It happens even if I boot with 'cafe_nand.usedma=0'
 It seems to happen more when I have USB hub+keyboard plugged in but not
 without -- but that's not absolute. It's been seen to fail without and to
 succeed with, but less often.
